Biography
Dr. Rana Patir is one of the best and most experienced neurosurgeons in India with an experience of more than 30 years as a neurosurgeon working at various hospitals in Delhi, Gurgaon, India. He has made a name for himself as the best surgeon for brain tumour and spine surgery in Gurgaon for children and adults.
Dr. Patir has successfully carried out some of the most challenging and complex brain tumour and spine surgeries in India. He is one of the very few neurosurgeons in India to have experience in successfully operating upon brain stem tumors which are one of the most complex brain tumors to operate. Apart from brain tumors, Dr. Patir is also very experienced in performing spinal surgeries including endoscopic spinal surgery, minimally invasive spinal surgeries, spinal fixation and fusion and complex spine tumors.
Dr. Patir has a special interest in complex brain tumor surgeries and spinal surgeries. He has completed his medical education from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. Currently, he is working as the Director and Head of Brain and Spine Surgery at Fortis Hospital, Gurgaon, India.
