Hina Khan shares mother’s reaction after learning about her breast cancer diagnosis: ‘The shock that she felt was…’

Television actor Hina Khan has been vocal about her journey since being diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Hina, who is documenting her treatment journey on social media, recently shared an emotional photo with her mother, capturing her reaction upon learning about Hina’s diagnosis for the first time.

In the photo, Hina’s mother is seen holding her in her arms, consoling her during a moment of deep emotion. Hina praised her mother for her strength upon receiving the news and for not letting her own emotions overwhelm the situation. She wrote, "A mother’s heart can consume an Ocean of Sorrow and Pain to provide Shelter, love and comfort to her children. This was the day she received the news of my diagnosis, the shock that she felt was inexplicable but she found a way to hold me and forget her pain. A Superpower in which Mothers excel always. Even her world was crumbling down yet she found a way to shelter me in her arms and give me strength."

Earlier, Hina Khan had shared a video of herself getting her hair cut during her cancer treatment. In the background, her mother can be heard crying inconsolably as Hina tries to comfort her. She wrote, "You can hear my mother’s wailing voice in Kashmiri (blessing me) in the background as she prepared herself to witness something she never dared to imagine. Not all of us have the same tools at our disposal to manage heartbreaking emotions."

On the professional front, Hina Khan recently made her Punjabi film debut with Shinda Shinda No Papa, alongside Gippy Grewal. She was also featured in the Amazon miniTV show Namacool.
